The Director Family Law Services is responsible for developing, managing and leading quality service delivery across the Post Separation Services and Client Intake portfolios.  Overseeing day to day operations, the Director Family Law Services will harness opportunities for service growth and staff engagement with a focus on providing sustainable client services.

This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your exceptional skills and experience in leadership and management. You will work to establish frameworks which will enable programs to deliver the highest standard of outcomes for clients.

You will be:

  • an experienced senior manager who will consider RA Tas and client needs in establishing frameworks to support delivering client support services
  • knowledgeable and experienced in program management with a demonstrated history of success
  • excited to showcase your experience with and passion for cultivating high-performing, cohesive teams to deliver excellent client support services
  • committed to promoting continuous improvement
