    If you have a positive attitude and are a customer service champion, you may have what it takes to become a Client Services Worker at Relationships Australia Tasmania (RA Tas).

    Working in our Client Intake and Site Support team in Hobart you will be responsible for providing a professional, warm, friendly and supportive interface between RA Tas clients and practitioners, meeting and greeting visitors and other stakeholders, and undertaking administrative tasks that contribute to the effective and efficient delivery of our client services.

    We are seeking people with the following key attributes:

    • Demonstrated professional communication and interpersonal skills, including an ability to deal sensitively and professionally with a diverse range of clients, and an ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organisation
    • Highly developed administrative and computer skills including an eye for detail that ensures high standards of accuracy in data entry and written communication
    • High level organisational skills including the abilities to multi-task, show initiative, and to work effectively with competing priorities
    • Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality and exercise high levels of professional judgement and discretion in this sense
