TassieMale
TassieMale is a free Tasmania-wide support program for men. It aims to support men when they have questions and concerns about life matters such as family and personal relationships, parenting, health or work issues, and are unsure where to turn for information and assistance.
Services provided include:
- confidential phone contact for those seeking immediate assistance or referral
- free short term face-to-face counselling
- information and resources
- referral to other service providers where appropriate
- Weekly "Wednesday is Dads’ Day" get-togethers and activities for dads and their children
- The TassieMale Group, running periodically during the year over 8 weeks
