Working to create a connected and respectful Tasmania

Tasmanians speak. We listen.
Through our 75 Conversations in 75 Places initiative, more than 1,600 Tasmanians shared with us what a connected and respectful community looks like. Your voices are now guiding the way forward.
RA Tas is now on a journey to embed community voices at the heart of everything we do. By co-designing our services alongside the people who use them, we ensure programs are shaped by lived experience and genuine community insight. This collaborative approach is more than a process – it’s our point of difference, setting us apart as an organisation deeply committed to delivering services that are relevant, respectful and responsive to the diverse needs of Tasmanians.
Together, we’re working towards a Connected and Respectful Tasmania and this is just the beginning.
Our Untold Stories
In September 2023, an online gallery created by those impacted by child removal practices was launched. This project was developed by the Find and Connect Reference Group at Relationships Australia Tasmania with the goal of raising awareness of the ‘Forgotten Australians’ and those impacted by forced adoptions.
